Qotom was founded in Shenzhen in 2011 to do one thing: design and manufacture industrial mini PCs — primarily fanless.
Fifteen years later, our devices run on network nodes in over 100 countries. Some are deployed as enterprise firewalls. Some as SD-WAN edge gateways. Some sit inside factory floors doing protocol conversion. Deploy and forget — no support tickets is the highest compliment to a product.
What We Make
Low-power, high-port-density x86 industrial computing devices — primarily fanless passive cooling, with select high-performance models featuring quiet active cooling. No consumer electronics. No commodity PCs.
Multi-LAN Mini PCs — 4/6/8 Intel NIC ports, running pfSense, OPNsense, OpenWrt, iKuai, RouterOS, Proxmox VE, ESXi
Industrial Mini PCs — Passive cooling, wide temp/voltage, 24/7 continuous operation
Embedded Motherboards — ITX/Nano form factor, multi-LAN/serial/GPIO
NAS Platforms — 2/4-bay, compatible with Synology, TrueNAS, unRAID
Multi-Serial PCs — RS-232/RS-485 for industrial automation and data acquisition
How We Build
In-house team. Schematic to PCB to BIOS to thermal — no outsourcing. Every unit goes through 72-hour full-load burn-in, thermal cycling, and EMC testing before it ships. If something goes wrong, you deal with us directly.
Scale
Shenzhen factory. 300,000+ units annual capacity. 2,800+ active models in production — from entry-level 4-port routers to 10GbE 8-port enterprise appliances. During the 2020–2023 global chip shortage, we maintained supply to every single customer without interruption.
How We Work With Partners
Qotom serves B2B: network security vendors, SD-WAN operators, smart manufacturing integrators, IoT solution providers. We supply the hardware platform and OEM/ODM customization — you build the software and solution on top.
Branding starts at 50 units (logo, boot screen, packaging). Full custom board design available for volume projects.
